Golden Seam Midwifery draws inspiration from the Japanese practice of kintsugi — the repair of broken pottery with golden leaf, highlighting the seams between pieces.

The result is beautifully whole and functionally perfect. So are we, traumatic birth and all. It is my work to help you embody this truth.

The more I exposed the parts of me that felt broken, the stronger and lighter and healthier I felt.
